What are the Easy Roaming plans?
“Roaming Plan” allows postpaid & prepaid customers to enjoy data Plans to browse, stream and share when while roaming in 28 countries worldwide. Digicel’s Roaming Plans are stocked with allotted data, access to free incoming calls and reduced calling rates.
Where can you use the new Roaming Plans
The Roaming Plans can be used once roaming in any of below listed countries. Other countries will be added in phases:

How do I cancel my Roaming Plan
Your Roaming Plan cannot be canceled after activation.
- During the activation process you may cancel the activation request.
- Once activated, the Plan will only expire at the end of the subscription period i.e. 1 day, 7 days and 30 days, after purchase
Will I be charged to access the My Digicel app while roaming?
Yes. At present, My Digicel traffic is charged while roaming.
What happens if I travel to another country while my roaming plan is active?
Once the Roaming Plan is active on your account you will not need to re-activate if you are traveling from one eligible country to another. If you travel to a country that is not eligible for the roaming plans you will be charged the out of bundle rate.
Do I have to activate the Roaming Plan before I travel?
No. Activation can be done before or while roaming.
Note: You are required to connect to a network that allows the use of short codes, otherwise, the plan may be activated via the My Digicel app
