You can access your bill via the MyDigicel App. Bills are also sent monthly via email.

You can pay your bill via the MyDigicel App, our main office in Fountain, or The Cell in Kingstown.
Is there a charge for suspending my account?
Currently, there is no charge for suspending an account. However, if you request suspension before the expiration of your two-year contract, you must have a valid reason for the suspension and ensure your account is up to date.
Is there a fee for moving the service?
Yes, the relocation fee is $100.
Is there an installation fee for new customers?
Yes, the installation and activation fee is $100.
